1. Body Scrub/Exfoliator

It’s not new, but you should not forget about it. Exfoliating is very important for your skin. It doesn’t matter if
you’ll use the drug store, high end or in home made body scrub, you need to use it. In winter our skin is very
fragile due to cold temperature and winds so you need to exfoliate more and remove that dead skin cells and improve circulation.

2. Body Butter

The heavy structure of it will restore quickly your damaged skin. I prefer to use if for a night time after the
exfoliation so after a night of good sleep I’m waking up with smooth and soft skin.
It can be used twice and tree times per week, and I find it easier to do it over the weekend.

3. Moisturising Cream

Use it on every day basis. Sometimes it’s hard, you forget and it’s ok, but remember to use it as often as
possible. It’s not hard to spend few minutes to moisturise your body, but the result is definitely worth it!
Everyone will notice how soft and healthy your skin looks even if you’ll be wearing sweater)

4. BB Body Cream

Well I think it’s more of a toning option to remove that “winter pale” look. When I feel tanned even slightly I feel healthier. I knowit’s all in my head, but I don’t mind)
I don’t use the self tanners in the winter since they dry skin too much so the BB body cream option is the best I could find!

5. Body Oil

Again, doesn’t matter if you’ll buy your body oil in drug-store, fancy market or ebay, you’ll thank me for the
following advice.
I prefer to use the cheapest body oil versions since it’s not worth to buy something expensive and just wash it away.
I use this as an emergency skin hydration restoration.
Before taking a shower massage the oil from neck to toe and wash it off with your regular body wash. Trust me, you’ll feel the difference right away. Yout skin will not only be soft and smooth, but it will glow and smell good! I do it when I know there will be no time to apply moisturiser (like morning shower before the work) and feel great all day long.

6. In Shower Moisturiser

Another time saving option for all those busy bees. Easy, fast and moisturising. Apply after skin was cleansed and wash immediately – if it isn’t a miracle then what is it?

7. Exfoliating Gloves

It might seem strange, but you really need to have a good exfoliating glove/gloves and use it regularly in shower. While scrub or exfoliator itself does the main part of the work sometimes it’s not enough. The exfoliating gloves could be used on a daily basis. They make your skin look fresh and radiant, improve circulation and clean better than a sponge. Plus if you are using self tanner in winter months then you definitely need this kind of daily exfoliation.

8. Shower Gel

Last and the simplest one. There are plenty of moisturising shover gels out there and you can choose whichever you like. The main point here is to have “moisturising” gel as it won’t over dry your skin and will help to maintain that Ph balance.

I'll do separate post on hand care soon. I wash my hands pretty often and very dry air in the office kills the moisture in my skin, specially hands, but I found some products that help me second year in a row)
