Blueberry Pie

This is one of the fasters, time saving and hassle free recipe. I didn’t had the time to make my own pie crust so I used one of those ready to bake crusts (like Pillsbury), which saved me a lot of time!
The recipe is so simple that preparation will take literally not more than 3 minutes!

Box of fresh blueberries
1/2 cup of sugar (I used brown sugar)
2 table spoons of pectin
confectioner sugar for the decor (optional)
That’s it!

How to:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Remove ready to bake pie crust from the box, do holes with the fork in the bottom. Add blueberries and spread them all through the pan, sprinkle them with pectin and after, with sugar.
Bake according to the instructions on the pie crust package.
As you can see I’ve added some confectioners sugar on top (some of it melted :))).
Serve with tea or coffee.
