Here is one of my favourite simple and fast recipe for the breakfast/brunch/lunch Salmon toasts! It literally takes minute to prepare and some more time to enjoy! If you want to try it out, check out the recipe 🙂
What you’ll need (for 6 toasts):
1 ripe avocado, peeled and seed removed
2 table spoons of ricotta cheese
2 tomato slices
smoked salmon (as much as you love it)
black and cayenne pepper, celery salt, dill (optional)
6 whole wheat toasts or 3 pita bread (makes 6 toasts as well)
How to do it:
Smash avocado with a fork, put over the toast, add some salt and pepper and top it with the thin sliced smoked salmon. 1 avocado will be enough for 4 toasts.
Second toast I have here with the 1 table spoon of ricotta cheese, topped with tomato slice, sprinkled with salt and pepper and thin sliced smoked salmon.
If you have some friends is you can top it out with the dill for the easy, yet noticeable decoration 🙂
