These photos were taken a few weeks ago, and only now, I had time to share them. If you know what oladushki are, you’ll understand why I put them into the “mood” category.
Soft, moist, fluffy, small and full of calories, lol. They make any morning good morning when you can breakfast slowly, enjoying every minute and take your time to savour that breakfast!

The recipe is super simple.
Ingredients:
Flour 240 gr
Kefir (room temperature) 250 ml
Egg 1 (room temperature)
Sugar 2 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Baking soda 0.5 tsp
Vanilla extract a few drops
Coconut oil for frying
How To:
Mix an egg, kefir, salt, sugar. Slowly add flour, mix constantly. Once the batter will have sour cream consistency (it shouldn’t be too liquid, the butter should slide slowly from the spoon) ads the baking soda. Mix and wait for 10-15 minutes for the batter to rise.
Preheat the frying pan on medium and gradually reduce the heat too low as the pan heats up. Add coconut oil and start frying, carefully pouring the batter from the big spoon. Fry until the golden crust appears from both sides. Enjoy!
