Mint Chocolate Chip Brownie.

If you don’t have enough free time, in a hurry or just lazy person who want to make home cooked/baked sweets in no time (like me sometimes) than you’ve probably used ready mixes like Dr. Ouetker or Indigo Kitchen . This time all of those reasons came together and I’ve decided to buy and bake me some dessert, plus it’s my birthday!!!! (one more reason to eat non stop without feeling guilty)
It’s all pretty simple, in addition to the ready to bake mix you’ll have to add 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of water and 60 ml of oil, mix and bake 30-35 minutes with 325F temperature!

Once your precious brownies are bakes let them cool for 3-5 minutes and sprinkle them with crushed candy (included in the pack)! It turned out so good that I had to almost fight (just kidding) with my inlaws for the biggest piece :)))

I want to try this recipe this year; I love mint brownies, however I have never made them. This recipe seems terrific!!!

Good idea to make these extra special by adding in mint. Perfect for the holidays 🙂
