All of my life, I’ve been going through different clothing phases from all black to bright and vivid colours, from monochrome to multiple prints combined in one outfit. If you go a few years back in my blog, you’ll see how many colours, prints and shapes my style used to have. Well, now I became a big fan of clean shapes, elegant lines, functional quality fabrics, and going towards the neutral street style.
Shop my style:
It’s easier to combine clothes when they are all match in colour, style and can be worn throughout many years with old and new items. Not to mention the combination of more expensive (which I’m about to invest) and high street items. I guess by the end of the day, the main focus on my new neutral street style is “style.” I’m focusing more on what items I like more and how they sit on me, rather than focusing on trends, which will fade away in a season, leaving me with a wardrobe full of items that I’ll never wear again. Believe me, that happened a few times now, and I got tired of just wasting my budget, my closet space and decided to shift towards the practical, yet stylish items.
