This is one of the simplest, fastest and healthiest recipes. Not sure if there are many online since I’ve made it out being selfishly lazy and having leftovers in the fridge. The fun part is cupcake/muffin shape which is done by simply baking the batter in cupcake pan.
There is basically no recipe so I’ll call it How To Cook steps)) Makes 10 muffins.
5 eggs (beaten with spices)
100 – 150 grams of boiled chicken
100 – 150 grams of any ham (I’ve used turkey ham)
1 big thin sliced tomato
any cheese for topping
Preheat the oven to 400F.
In cupcake pan pour all beaten with spices eggs to cover 1/5 of the form, then add chicken or ham (I’ve did half muffins with chicken and half with ham), pour the rest of the eggs and sprinkle with cheese. Top it with the sliced tomato and spice with celery salt (for tomato only). Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Once cooled lay it over the thin and crispy crackers on your taste and enjoy!
