Fall, winter and part of the springtime is all about the outerwear. Although we spend a lot of time indoors and have the freedom of wearing different outfits as much as we want (as long as they are warm), we don’t have that freedom with what we wear on top of it. Many of us have a selection of two to five coats that we rotate throughout the colder months. Others are lucky enough to have a bigger selection.
Today’s post is just another reminder how you can wear and style your long coat, even the smallest selection of coats and make it look different from outfit to outfit. Here are some examples of how I styled this long oversize coat this and last year:
1 Winter boots & checked scarf long coat style
2 Over the knee boots & oversized sweater with long coat
3 Long coat & same tone scarf style
Whenever it comes to long city strolls I prefer to dress warmer. I’m all about being toasty so even if it’s +5C outside I’ll be on the safer side and still wear sweater 🙂 That’s what motivated me to dress up like this couple of times for the past two weeks. It needs to be at least +10C so you could see me wearing something lighter!
