Hi loves, TGIF!!!
How you’ve been so far? Done anything interesting?
I’ve been waiting all week long for Friday for few reasons. First, this week has been so crazy busy I just wait for Saturday to sleep all morning and relax after. Secondly, the weather been so so good here that I was waiting for the free day to spend it all outside, while eating some BBQ)) And last, it’s long weekend Canada so hooray for the Monday off!
As you can see I’m pretty excited) That it why I didn’t want to share some classy outfit today and sharing that awesome peplum dress I’ve bought some time ago.
Unfortunately for me they didn’t have my size, buuut, it was on great sale so I’ve decided to go size up and adjust it after with a tailor lady, who did the work only for $15, so it’s not even a bitter sweet purchase, it’s a wonderful turnout!
Why I decided to buy it? Well, the color (hell yeah), the style – my first peplum item in 3 years (imagine that!) and the fabric: cotton + elastane is the best for the hot and chilly weather (you don’t sweat, it doesn’t wrinkle a lot and keeps you nicely warm if there will be chilly wind) so it was win win from all the sides.
Do you have many/any peplum items in your closet? Now I’m aiming for the nice 3/4 sleeve peplum top, just need to find the one I’ll love at first sight)

I think you pull this print off really well! It would be a bit too bright for me, but I love it on you! Hope you have a relaxing, long weekend. 🙂

Peplum dress and top are very flattering but nope, I don't have any yet. We don't have plans this weekend but my husband took leave since Thursday because he needed to clear his mounting leave days so maybe we'll take a trip down to Nanaimo.
