This is 5 minute super tasty salad, which will leave you full for a long time!
What you’ll need (all adjustable depending on the quantity of people).
4 handfuls of romaine lettuce
2 boiled eggs
1 1/2 cans of tuna (chunked light tuna in water, not oil).
Wash the romain lettuce, cut and place it in the bowl. Cube the tomatoes, drain the tuna, mix with lettuce. Hard boil the eggs.
I used Blue Menu Caesar Salad dressing mixed with 1 table spoon of Worcestershire sauce and some soy sauce, plus a bit of Tobasco.
Served with egg, which can be sprinkled with the cayenne pepper on top.
