What you’ll need:
1 cup of quinoa
2 cans of chunk light tuna in water
2 small bell peppers
How to do it:
Cook quinoa according to the way described on the package. Thinly slice the bell peppers. Drain the water from tuna, mix in the large bowl with quinoa, then add peppers.
For the sauce I’ve used half of tea spoon of tabasco sauce, 1 table spoon of olive oil and 1 tea spoon on fresh lemon juice and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce, mix together and pour over the salad, mix once again and serve in 10 minutes.
