Tomato Basil Mussels.

When I want to eat seafood at home and don’t want to spend tons of time on cooking I switch to my Tomato-Basil Mussels mood. I’ve been cooking it so many times for the past 3 years that I probably can do it with my eyes closed.

I like mussels but I think they need additional flavors to enhance their own flavor. I bet a tomato basil would do just that. I will try this.
